- Training: In order to make our healthy lifestyle feel like an actual lifestyle and not just a health kick we'll inevitably veer away from one day, we have to work with our body's built-in self-healing mechanisms. In 60 minutes, we'll break down how. But the training is broken into 20-minute segments (because, in some phases of life, 60 uninterrupted minutes can feel hard to negotiate).
