I can relate to where you are right now because I have been there myself. I understand how difficult it can be to focus on yourself and your well-being without feeling guilty for not being productive. I used to prioritize everything else over my health: work, family responsibilities, financial goals, you name it. I was constantly self-critical, wondering why I couldn't just eat better and exercise more, and procrastinating by telling myself I would start over on Monday. It seemed that everywhere I turned, there was a new and supposedly better way to "get healthy," and I was overwhelmed by the task of figuring out the best approach for me.
In addition to my personal experience, I have spent years studying positive psychology, successful behavior design, holistic approaches to health (including non-diet approaches), and mindfulness while earning my certifications to support others in their quest to feel more fulfilled and joyful.

Is this program for me if I’m super busy?
Yes! Strategies and coaching sessions are presented in bite-sized chunks. So whether you have five or 20 minutes a week, you have all the time you need to create the transformation you’re after.
When/how will the calls take place? What if I can’t make it live?
Live office hours take place the last Thursday of every month with rotating 2-hour time slots (schedule shared one month in advance) to meet the needs of everyone’s lifestyle. If you can’t make it live, submit your question via email, and I send your personalized response via email by the next scheduled office hours.
What is the format of the membership?
Resources are available to you 24/7 here in your client portal to peruse at your leisure.
How much time will this take?
It’s up to you! But my most successful clients devote about 20 minutes a week to utilize the live or on-demand mindfulness classes, skim through recipes and workshop materials, and/or pop by during office hours. If you use just one element of the membership, it is worth the investment.
How many people will be in this program?
This is an intimate group, and membership will be capped at 25 people to ensure you get the personalized support you crave.
What is your refund policy?

What dietary needs do you support?
Around here, we seek to support a wide variety of dietary needs because different seasons of life have different dietary requirements. But if you don't see what you're looking for, you can request a recipe bundle that fits your needs. Here's a peek at what's available right now inside the membership:
